This weather-interactive snack is based on an epigenetic processes that respond to the environment. Taste-twisters, made from 99% basic ingredients and 1% abracadabra (epigenetic bacteria) are spicy in the summer and sour when it’s snowing. These snacks mimic the response of the genome to different intracellular conditions, the taste mirroring the epigenome.
